SHIPPING POLICY

ORDER PRODUCTION

SUMAT products are made to order. Most orders are expected to be fulfilled in about 3 business days before shipping. This is an estimate, not a guarantee. Production may take longer during holidays, high-volume periods, product-availability disruptions, or for certain product types.

SHIPPING RATES

Standard shipping is $8 for U.S. orders under $70. Standard shipping is free on U.S. orders of $70 or more before taxes. Available shipping methods and costs are displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY

After fulfillment, standard domestic delivery generally takes approximately 2–8 business days. Most orders should therefore arrive approximately 5–11 business days after purchase. These timeframes are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates.

TRACKING

When tracking information becomes available, it will be sent to the email address provided during checkout. Tracking information may take several days to update after a shipping label is created.

SEPARATE SHIPMENTS

Products in the same order may be produced at different facilities and arrive in separate packages. If this occurs, additional shipping charges will not be added after checkout.

SHIPPING DELAYS

If we learn that an order cannot ship within the promised timeframe, we will notify the customer and provide the option to accept the delay or cancel the unshipped order for a full refund.

INCORRECT ADDRESSES

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Contact hello@sumat.shop immediately if an address correction is needed. Address changes cannot be guaranteed after production or shipping begins.

Additional costs resulting from an incorrect, incomplete or undeliverable address may be the customer’s responsibility.

LOST OR DAMAGED ORDERS

If an order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact hello@sumat.shop within 30 days of delivery and include the order number and clear photographs of the problem.

If an order appears lost, contact us within 30 days after its estimated delivery date. Please review our Return and Refund Policy for additional details.
